Intramural leagues are back again this semester! If you were not able to join us in the fall, be sure to grab some friends and create a team before registration closes on Feb. 25. If you are not sure if you will have enough registrants to create a team, you have the option to join a league as a free agent.
Free agents can be added to other teams, and in certain circumstances, they are gathered to make their own teams. With the ongoing COVID-19 protocols limiting indoor facility use, we will only be offering an outdoor slate of leagues. These include flag football, sand volleyball and open soccer. All active members of the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC) are eligible to participate in all leagues for only $10!
If your schedule is a little tight and you are not able to commit to a multiple week league, stop by the SRWC and checkout out our free one-day tournaments. Tournaments offered this spring include badminton, pickle ball and ping-pong. All tournament winners receive prizes ranging from sporting equipment to gift cards to your favorite stores.
Are esports more your thing? That’s great! Go ahead and check out our eports tournament calendar, which includes titles like Rocket League, Super Smash Bros. and Call of Duty. Intramural leagues are set to kick off the week of Feb. 28 with our championship week scheduled for the week of April 25.
