Take your fitness to new heights this spring by enrolling in the Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC) Spring Instructional Classes! Led by skilled instructors, these specialized classes provide tailored guidance for participants to advance and conquer their fitness objectives. Divided into two sessions this semester, with session one from Feb. 12 to March 22 and session two from March 25 to May 10*, each session is meticulously crafted over the course of six weeks to offer a personalized experience! Open to all SRWC members, registration for session one opens Jan. 22 and registration for session two opens Feb. 19.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:30 to 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Jumpstart your fitness journey with with Total Body Work! Get ready to achieve your fitness goals when you sweat it out with the guidance of a certified personal trainer. In this supportive and dynamic small group setting, you'll experience tailored workouts designed to challenge and motivate you every step of the way!

Boxing 101

Mondays and Wednesdays
7:15 to 8:15 p.m.
Embark on a journey to master the fundamentals of boxing with Boxing 101! With expert trainers to guide you through each step, you'll not only learn the basic punches, correct footwork and essential patterns of movement, but you'll see significant changes in your overall health and fitness. To participate, wristbands are required and are available for purchase at the Pro Shop for $10.

Pilates Reformer

Elevate your fitness journey when you dive deeper into movements that improve flexibility and build strength with Pilates Reformer! Pilates Reformer is one of the main pieces of Pilates equipment that offers spring resistance to strengthen the body further all the while refining posture and balance. Incorporating both mat and reformer exercises, this class will amplify the extreme benefits of Pilates.
