Led by skilled instructors, these specialized classes provide tailored guidance for participants to advance and conquer their fitness objectives. Divided into two sessions this semester, with session one from Feb. 12 to March 22 and session two from March 25 to May 10*, each session is meticulously crafted over the course of six weeks to offer a personalized experience! Open to all SRWC members, registration for session one opens Jan. 22 and registration for session two opens Feb. 19.
